Services · Pool Inspection
A focused inspection of the pool, deck and equipment, so you know what you're buying or maintaining before the first swim.

A Home InCheck Service
A pool is a wonderful feature, and a system of its own. A Pool Inspection evaluates the visible condition and basic operation of the pool, deck, and equipment, so you know what shape it's in before you close, list, or schedule major maintenance.
• Pool shell, surface and visible cracks or staining • Tile, coping and waterline • Deck and surrounding hardscape • Skimmers, returns, drains and visible plumbing • Pump, filter and visible equipment pad • Heater (if present) and basic operation • Safety features: fencing, gates, alarms (where applicable) • Lighting and visible electrical bonding
You receive a photo-documented report on the pool's general condition, with clear plain-English notes on anything that should be addressed by a licensed pool professional.

Get ahead of buyer surprises. A Pre-Listing Inspection identifies issues before your home hits the market so you can fix, price, or disclose on your own terms.
